Vacation time and the company is very good if you need a day off. They have been very good about working with me. There’s sometimes where I’ve been able to take nights off, but work a little bit longer on another night. So they’ve been very flexible.

I’ve been in other industries and I would never leave Home Depot, because I love the working environment. I love my fellow peers and my management team.

Lots of trucks coming inbound to unload and then we are loading trucks to go to stores, so there is a lot of forklift traffic.

Our main focus is getting product in front of customers quickly. Customer service skills is one of the main things that Home Depot has truly truly helped me out with. And I can take this anywhere. Creeping Juniper Can Tame a Steep Hill

It takes years and tons of knowledge, and even then you’ll probably struggle with low germination rates. Junipers in general have been cultivated for centuries, with records of cultivated J. It’s not exactly clear when people first started cultivating J. Horizontalis, but it has likely been a long, long time. Fortunately, there are so many junipers out there that you rarely need to worry about pollination, particularly since different species can pollinate each other.

Suspect they will first be concentrating on creating a "lounging" space in the back and just try to get planting areas in front figured out for now. The new patio in backyard will be 20' by 27' approx., centering on the window in back which is kitchen eating area inside. Don't know they've given much thought to WHAT to do in design of it. Although creeping juniper is a hardy plant with few issues when grown in a suitable location, like any plant, it can have problems on occasion. If wind carries pollen from a male plant's flowers to a nearby female plant's flowers, fertilization can occur. The female flowers will then eventually produce blue-gray, small berries, each containing two or three seeds.

Plant this spreading shrub where it won't cover walkways or be stepped on. Fungi usually take hold on plants that are receiving too much water or are in an overly shady location.

This isn't a plant that is prone to aggressive spreading or invasive behaviors. If your plant becomes too large for the space in which you are growing it, you can trim it down to the desired size. Also thought some wooly thyme mixed in will add color at another time of the year. Thought we might come up with some dark red plants to mix in front juniper bed to tie lava rock in...maybe heuchera? Creeping juniper is popular in part because of its ability to thrive in a mix of temperatures. Part of the appeal of creeping jupiter is the fact that it's so adaptable.

The foliage is aromatic and an eye-catching blue-green hue through the spring and summer. In the winter, it often takes on a purplish tint.
